Overview of Week 7

This week we have a NEW Habit: Eat 5 Servings of Vegetables Every Day!


Objectives for this week:

Continue to practice the habits that you have already learned: Be Mindful, Eat Only To 80% Full, and Eat Protein at Every Meal.  In addition, start working on this week’s new habit by adding in more servings of vegetables.  The goal is to Eat (at least) 5 Servings Of Veg Every Day, which is our new habit to practice this week and next week.  Start out by just adding 1 serving of vegetables per day, and every few days add in more until you are comfortable with fitting in 5 servings of vegetables every day.
