Overview of Week 4
Now that you have worked on your motivation and Defining Statements (in Week 3), it is time to really connect with your New Self-Image, and to learn a technique that will help you to stay aligned with your Defining Statements, Notice, Own and Control.
Since you are still practicing the Habit, Eat (only) Until You Are 80% Full, you’ll be happy to learn that it is good to Eat 4 or 5 Meals Per Day.
