Overview of Week 9

This week we have a new Habit: Drink Enough Water Every Day!

What is “Enough Water”?  It is the right amount of water FOR YOU, and this depends on your activity level and your size.  Generally, 8-10 cups (8 oz.) per day is a good goal.  If you are not already drinking very much water, start by just adding one cup per day!
