This week we have the same Habit: Eat 5 Servings of Vegetables Every Day!
This week there is a lesson to explain what antioxidants, which are found in fruits and vegetables, do in our bodies. This week also introduces the concept of self-sabotage and Limiting Beliefs, and there is a Worksheet for you to explore this concept.

Objectives for this week:

The goal is to Eat (at least) 5 Servings Of Veg Every Day, which is the habit to practice again this week. Keep adding 1 serving of vegetables per day, and every few days add in more until you are comfortable with eating 5 or more servings of vegetables every day.
