Overview of Week 3
The Habit, Lesson and Actions all go together:
In order to practice the Habit for this week, Eat (only) Until You Are 80% Full, you need to be able to determine when you are no longer hungry, and this, in part, depends on you being able to distinguish “Head Hunger” from “Belly Hunger”.
It may help to understand this difference if you realize that your body has been taken over by food chemicals, which leads to the lesson about Food Addictions.
And, in order to overcome these addictions, you need to have a firm motivation, not just weak will-power.
