Week 2 - Be Mindful

Overview of Week 2

Throughout the Live Slim program, we will spend two weeks practicing each habit. Since this is Week 2, you will continue to practice the same habit from last week: Be Mindful. Hopefully you are starting to get the hang of it! Aim to improve by 50% over last week (i.e. practice being mindful 50% more days, or 50% more time). Action #1 for this week, Eat Slowly, will be a good time to practice being mindful.

We’ll dig a little bit deeper into habits by understanding how the brain works in relation to habits.
