Overview of Week 11
This week we have a new Habit: Follow a Sleep Routine!
Along with diet and exercise, adequate sleep is vital to good health. This week learn about why sleep is so important and what can happen if you don’t get enough. Then establish a sleep routine for yourself and start following it! There is a worksheet that you can print out to help you plan your routine. Over time, we want this sleep routine to become a habit.
