Overview of Week 1
This week we have our first Habit: Be Mindful!
This is our first habit because without learning to Be Mindful, many of the following habits in this program will be impossible to learn. Even though it may sound like a small thing, be sure to practice it for the next two weeks so it becomes second nature.
